Akin
Akin (2-4 Players) - is a guessing game where the challenge is to use synonyms and the exact usage to guess your opponents' words in as few guesses as possible. Each wrong guess gets you another synonym as a clue.
Akin builds up one's vocabulary rapidly as the player forms new associations with sets of similar words in a fun way.
There is no prior art for Akin, hence, we have filed a provisional Indian Patent Application for Akin on November 5, application number 2501/DEL/2008.
Akin was tested and launched at Antaragni, IIT Kanpur's Cultural Festival in October 2008 and was an instant hit. Akin can be played by two players: One-ON-One in a tournament mode similar to chess and can be a time bound game.
