We plan to build games on common themes and then customize these for different industries and also for each of the corporate with the aim of providing an easy way to communicate with the employees about the company, its industry and strategies. As 5Shells we not only provide products or games for lifetime which can be used again, we also can provide a complete package of other games like stress buster, team building, negotiations; all meant for different occasions like tea breaks, gatherings etc.
These personalized games not only serve the needs for different kinds of training but also fit very well with the agenda of the HR teams. With some experience and expertise we expect this market to be huge margin market. There are close to 1000 IT organizations in Bangalore alone. And organizations are willing to invest in training of employees provided there is a lot of value-addition.
We started understanding the need for such products by those who are tortured to sit through day-long sessions on company history, company cultures, industry-related discourses apart from many lectures on communication and team building skills - the employees. We have interviewed a number of our friends who are working in such companies and through their leads have been able to get the feedback of total 80+ employees in Bangalore and around 20 each in Mumbai and NCR regions. The next phase of research involves interviewing the HR professionals at these companies.

The Corporate Games Product Line
Our very first product was KingPin and this game has a lot of components to it. This game sharpens negociation and trading skills and with a few minor adjustments (based on particular needs of the corporate training programs), this product is the perfect tool for corporate training. Another product targeted primarily for teaching and honeing stock and derivative trading skills is Mayhem.
A briliant game for ice-breaker sessions and Group Discussion sessions is Mafia. This game requires the players to read peoples faces and body language and then be able to influence group decisions. This game can be the best tool for HR teams from recruitment stages to personality assesents.
